“Cup Stacking with Speed Stacks: See It, Believe It, Teach It!”
“ The goal of my program is to give Physical Educators the confidence, the excitement and the tools they need to implement cup stacking programs in their schools. Cup stacking is an exciting individual and team sport where competitors stack and unstack 12 specially designed plastic cups (Speed Stacks) in pyramids at lightening speed. Individual stackers race against the clock for the fastest times. Stackers also compete on relay teams racing against each other in head-to-head competition. You truly have to see it to believe it! Cup Stacking promotes athleticism, hand-eye coordination, ambidexterity, quickness, and focus—important skills for success in most any sports. The essence of cup stacking is developing bilateral proficiency—connecting the brain and body for equal performance on both sides. Every first time participant will receive a FREE set of Speed Stacks , a step-by-step instructional video and lesson plans!” Bob Fox, Founder and President of Speed Stacks.
